SOAK SEEDS IN GENEROUS AMOUNT OF FRESH WATER
for 8 - 12 hours
STEP THREE
RINSE SEEDS WELL
& DRAIN
*You may feed SOAKED seeds now
OR CONTINUE WITH STEP FOUR
STEP FOUR
POUR SEEDS INTO CLEAN SEALABLE CONTAINER
· The idea is to keep seeds MOIST and not too wet.
· Do not let them dry out.
· Keep at room temperature.
KEEP SEALED
To Prevent moisture loss as well as keeping them safe from pests.
STEP FIVE
RINSE SEEDS THOROUGHLY & DRAIN
RINSE 2 - 3 TIMES PER DAY
RETURN TO CONTAINER & SEAL.
FEED WHEN ROOTS BEGIN TO EMERGE
(Depending on seed variety you can expect to wait 1 - 3 days)
Once roots emerge STORE SPROUTED SEEDS IN THE REFRIGERATOR and RINSE before serving. Store only 1 - 2 days!
Never feed old sprouts - they may contain harmful bacteria!!
